By using MySolvers you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Description of Service

MySolvers is a web-based discrete event simulation tool, reachable at mysolvers.com and starter.mysolvers.com, for educational and professional use. It is free to use, needs no account, and is built and run by one person.

3. Donations

Donations are optional, unlock nothing, and change nothing about your use of MySolvers. They are processed by Stripe; card details are never stored or handled here. By making a donation you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

Access that breaks these rules, or that puts the service or other people using it at risk, may be restricted.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding associated with the service are owned by SIMA Przemyslaw Pretki or licensed from third parties. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed, and simulation results should be treated as model output rather than a promise about any real system.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may change from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change is posted counts as acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zielona Góra, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
